Tea rooms in Brecon during WWII

Hi, I don't know if there is anyone who could help me with any knowledge of a tea rooms ' with rooms above' that would have been in Brecon during the Second World War. 
One living relative of mine remembers being sent from London to stay with cousins who owned these tea rooms.  His Welsh grandmother was Mary ? born in 1849 in St Hilary, Glamorgan and grandfather John James born in Merthyr Tydfil around 1847.  They  had children John Preece born 1872 in Spotland, Glamorgan, Alice born 1874 in Spotland, Frances A, born in West Ham district London around 1881 and Grace Elaine, also born in West Ham district around 1884.  The came to London to work on the Great Eastern Railway in Stratford.
