Could they have been in the US?  In 1891 Rachel's PoB is given as USA Scranton (She's with John and Mary).

Sorry, I copied the 1881 as is and I should have made the point of Rachel being born in the US as per 1891.

I was hoping the family was still in the UK and a name for Mary's husband.
I have tried seraching on ellis island but no luck as yet,
