Davis Hannah aged 39 Dressmaker b Llangil********* Carmarthenshshire [Llangilgrorsycorn?]
Davis John M  aged 19  Underground Engineer b Merthyr Glamorganshire
Davis Margaret A aged 16 b Gelligaer, Glamorganshire
Davis Gwilym aged 12 b Gelligaer, Glamorganshire

No sign of Daniel  in the 1891 However in the 1901 census for Vessels Dolcoath in Lancashire
we found Daniel Davies a married  Able Seaman age 55 b New Quay, Cardiganshire
This is probably a coincidence.

Thanks for the information.  The 1871 details are a bit wishy washy with the ages but the 1891 details certainly looks more like it.

I don't know if you've seen the IGI entry of the Whole Family Record for Daniel & Hannah Davies + their children.
It gives the births,  marriage year & place.
 
Listed on index as No 6. Daniel Davies 1846 Carmarthenshire Wales.
