"Absent without leave from Tattoo"

Hi Guys

I've been at Kew today and found a conduct sheet for one of my ancestors.... but i don't know what it means and would be grateful if sks could translate for me!

(1) Absent without leave from Tattoo until 10pm. Punishment: 3 Days CB
(2) Remaining in bed for 10 mins after Rise. Punishment: 2 days F.P

If you could help with the Tattoo part and the punishments i'd be most grateful

The tattoo was the evening call back to quarters. So by being absent without permission after the time of the recall would be an offence.
