The 1871 I posted shows Isabella as daughter. I suspect that grandau on 1861 as posted by Nick is probably a mistake by the enumerator.

The birth Isabella Matilda Miller Dec Q 1856 would seem to be correct and as Nanny Jan stated the cert would confirm the parents.

The one registered in SepQ 1858 is possibly your lady;  copy of the birth certificate should show her parents
