I am looking for a marriage of Mary L Downie to David McClymont. It should be around 1907

Hi Polly

As Aghadowey has said you need to go to Scotland's People to see the record.

However I can confirm it is there :

1907 MCCLYMONT DAVID  married DOWNIE MARY  Parish ARDROSSAN OLD  County AYR GROS ref 576/01 0036

the certificate you will see there will give you the date and place of marriage, bride and grooms names, and occuptaions plus those for each set of parents as well as witnesses so worth having if you need it to go farther back.

Best wishes

Ann
