not sure what the link is between Emily b Malmesbury and the one you want re marriage.
This one seems to be Emily Fanny b 1889 - listed as Fanny in 1901.

Chris i cant find a marriage for James George Sumbler but if you look on Free BMD there

is a marriage for Emily Archer that would fit for her
