Thanks Pam Did i read it right? In 1841 he was 65 and in 1851 he was 72? Should it have been 75? or am I misunderstanding something? btw Thanks for your reply!

Probably 62 in 1841 - don't forget that ages were rounded up to the nearest five ... 62 - 65,  66 - 70.
