Morminor found that Probate for me,i went back and had a look and i have copied it the same.
Hope that Morminor sees this and can help.

Probate for James RIMMER, formerly of Kaikoura  but lately of Upper Hutt, retired.
In his  Will, James RIMMER, Railway Clerk, bequeathed all his real and personal property to his wife Phyllis Christina Rimmer absolutely should she survive him but if she predeceased him then to such of his children Noel James RIMMER and his adopted daughter Rosemary Ann RIMMER as survived him and if more than one, in equal shares.
Affidavit dated 12 April 1965 of Phyllis Christina RIMMER of 55B Seddon Street Upper Hutt, widow, stating that deceased died on 7 April 1965 and that she was the executrix named in the will.
