Millership, Melchip or connotations Elmbridge/Droitwich

Hi All
After a long absence I am hoping to get back and try a bit more tree research.
 I would like to try and get back a little futher with the name Millership(Melchip)
My husbands tree has so far got back to Thomas Millership?b 1818 who married Elizabeth. I think Elizabeth died in Droitwich in 1872, they seemed to have had 12 children (Melchip). Thomas's mother may have been a Sarah.
Can anyone find any more info on this family for me as I know the Millership name does go back a lot futher.
