Hi, Thanks. Most of that side of the family originates from the Fenton/Longton area. However I don't know a great deal about that side of the family at this stage- lots of research to be done .

I have a Thomas Ford born in Longton in c 1824 who married my relative Mary Lovatt and all their descendants in my Tree.

All born in Longton.

Well I do know there is a Thomas ford in the family, he is/was the cousin of my fathers 'father' . I'm not sure of any other details as yet as it seems to be shrowded in mystery!! Looking into the other parts of the family for now, again thanks for sharing.
