I have increased the dpi but the photo is very small

If you can do anything with it I'd be very grateful

At 435 dpi the image is still very blurred :( :(  Is the original out of focus?
Perhaps 600dpi might be slightly better

It looks pretty much in focus on there.... but seems to break up when saved.

I've downloaded from the other source you indicated, and have done an initial cleanup.  However there is still a lot to be done
Here is a greatly reduced version.
A larger version is available if required
