Here they are in 1851

Robert Minister Head 89  retired Drover  b. Haddiscoe, Nfk
Eliza    Minister   Dau 42  Dressmaker b. Thurlston Unmarried.
Living the Street, Lodden

Checked on the 1841 and he was a drover but there is a mark down the middle of the word which makes it look like Draper.
