 to bring an update to my post on "elusive Joseph Overton"

 I found he left Liverpool for Boston  on 2nd April 1896 on the CEPHALONIA
a 32 day voyage he travelled with another Labourer John Sankey both single.
All I have to do  now is find out  WHEN he returned to Leominster !!! and of course
what he was doing in Boston

You don't mention 1911, well Joseph age 42 is back in Leominster in 1911 with is sister Annie Lewis age 40, and son John Overton Lewis.
No1 Pritchards Court, Bargates, Leominster

Hi;
    just found that 1911 index for Joseph BUT Annie Lewis is not his sister. she was Susannah/. Annie Overton married Evan Hudson in 1901 he didn`t die  until 1912.On 1911 Census they are living in the village of LLanrye near Llandudno
 and have three son`s. She was  still    HUDSON  in1922 when she was witness to JOSEPH`S  death at the  "Old Priory"Leominster  but then living at Penybont Road llandridod Wells
 I think this Annie Lewis is the mother of at least two of JOHN Overton`s
 Children. They lived praticaly next door to each other in Bargates throughout their childhood,she was Lewis then so don`t think she ever married.
John Overton Lewis is probably one child ,and Daisy Overton who was a brick wall for years is found in Wales with my Grandmother now named LEWIS!!!! on
the 1911 Census is probably the other
       Life is never dull with the Overton Family believe me .
