Fred Norris - Electrician early 1900's in your tree!! - Need to solve mystery

Hiya

Do you have a Fred Norris who was an electrician.

Mary Wilkins (nee George) was widowed in 1922 but had my father in 1924 whose name was Charles Gildus Wilkins he was born at 54 Leigham Court Road London (Mission of Hope) but the father although it did not appear on the birth cert but did appear on the admission form for fostering as Fred Norris Electrician Mary's husband was Edwin Maynard Wilkins and was a jewellery manager.  Mary's nickname was Dodi and she was once a milliner in a village near Llanidloes.

Although Mary was from Llanidloes Montgomeryshire she married in Glam in 1919 (Merthyr Tydfil) and Pant Dowlais and Ebbw Vale area are involved.  Mary's husband died in July 1922 and we believed she stayed in this area and thats where Fred Norris comes in.

Any info greatly appreciated.  Need to solve this.
