I am trying to frind out how I can get a copy of a will of someone who passed away in 1995 and another in 2005. Can anyone please point me in the right direction. I am in Australia so anything thru the nett or via email would be great.

Cheers

Hi,

I think I am right in saying that you should go to HMCS Her Majesty's Court service.  I have tended to approach the area in which I have the connection, but look up HMSC on the net, that should help.

best wishes,

Hi Kara,
This might help, too:

Try the Nottingham office listed - f they can't help I am sure they will advise.
Good luck,
Paulene :)
