NYE, (or TYE) Mary Ann birth record lookup please

Am looking for birth details of Mary Ann NYE (or TYE).  She states her surname as TYE on her marraige certificate, but her father Thomas NYE (shoemaker)and mother Harriet CAPS.  Her birthplace is listed as Maidstone, Kent, England, born approx 1834. 
I have not been able to find any record of her or her parents, or when she migrated to Australia, before her marraige in 1856 in NSW Australia.

Any info greatly accepted! :)

I wonder ............... there is a Harriett NYE married a Thomas CAPPS in Thurnham near Maidstone 1832  :-\

They appear to have had a daughter Mary Ann baptised at Maidstone 1833 http://www.familysearch.org
