Anne,
I am looking for a researcher named Ann who has previously tried to find Andrew and Olive Riley in 1841 census. I found the request on a surname site and cannot find it again! The family are in Newcastle and Gateshead in 1851-61 census. I have a lot of information re this family. They were mu g-g-grandparents.If you are the same researcher could you please contact me.
Thank you, sorry to have troubled you if you are not!
Angela.

Are you still looking for the surname ENGLISH? There were about 25 heads of household in the 1891 south Shields census, many of them born Northumberland.

Let me know if you're interested in details.

Thanks for your reply.
No I am researching the name of Riley???? Not sure how I ended up on an  "English" site.
I was looking for another researcher who has been trying to find my gggrandparents, Andrew and Olive Reilly/Riley, who are living in Newcastle on Tyne abt 1840-70. I have a lot of information on them.
