1851 lookup please? Frederick Harper

I was wondering if someone would be kind enough to have a look for a Frederick Harper age 14-15 in the 1851 census.  I believe he may be in England.

I know this is very sketchy and I apologise. I'm hoping there isn't too many of them of that age! 

His family are in Ayr, Scotland in 1851 but he's not with them and it's bugging me as I can't find any record of him in Scotland in 1851.  I do know the family were in Newcastle in 1841 and I suspect they may have had English links, partly because when Frederick married in Scotland in 1870 he had an Episcopal ceremony. 
If he is in England it might help me confirm what the link with England was.
