Help reading cause of death

As suggested in my earlier topic "help needed reading death cert" I have tried to scan just the cause of death which I am having trouble reading.
I did try to post this on the original topic but it won't have it so here's hoping:
Obbard, Obbards and Obard - any where, any dates

I would say
"Suicide by throwing herself out a window",
but I can't can't get the rest - perhaps it's Latin - something Morte ?

Pretty sure it says 'suicide by throwing herself out of a window'
The last bit I think it might be Latin
'internal' something 'formidable'
or it might read 'witnessed by her family'
Have you tried to get a copy of the coroners report?

Think that middle word might be 'morte'
death from formidable internal injuries it would translate as
