Does say Howden.

Bit Strange. Perhaps he had a strong accent and enumerator misunderstood?

Hi,
it's always possible,you know those yokels-lol.Please tell me you're not from Norfolk :-[I just about qualify to be able to joke .I come from 20 odd miles from the west Norfolk border so I used to sound a bit Norfolk myself).It will have to remain a mystery.
