Marriage Lookup - Knowles

Is it possible to have a look up  for the marriage of Samuel Knowles b Seaton 1783 and Sarah Cooper b 1800  in Seaton.  Their first child was born in 1827 in Ashwell, Rutland.

I only have an index to marriages,  but I can tell you that the marriage took place in Ashwell,  August 18th 1817 by banns
