Hi Teresa,

Would you mind Telling me where they were born and which part of Derbyshire they would be in.

I have the 1861 for Derbyshire but it is only searchable by place name.

All the best Angela.

Hi Teresa,

Brampton is a large town in Chesterfield so I only searched that. I couldn't find your Pashley's but I did find these 3 families and as the head in two of them is born in Notts Radford I thought they must be connected to your families. They all lived fairly close by and there were no other Pashley's in the whole of Brampton

Enoch  Pashley  43  Lace weaver  b. Notts Radford
Ann            "       45                        b. Miltown, Derbys
Frank          "       19   "        "         b. Brampton
Harry          "        15 Cotton mill hand        "
George       "        12    "         "      "            "
Thomas       "        10   Scholar                     "

Living Brewery Yard, Brampton Had 4 boarders living with them

Margaret Pashley  53  Widow  Laundress  b. Abney, Derbys
Sarah            "       31   unm     Laundress  b. Darley Dale  "
Mary              "       26   unm  Pill box factory b.  "         "
John              "        17  unm  Cordwainer     b. Ashton under lyne, Lancashire

Living Bridge Farm Cottages Brampton

John Pashley  30  Lace Weaver   Notts Radford
Mary Pashley  29                             "        "
Hannah   "      18  Cotton factory hand   b. Brampton
Jane        "      11       "         "          "      b.        "
Harriet     "       3                                                 "
Rueben    "       5                                                "
albylain    "       8                                                "

Couldn't make the last name into anything recognisable so just wrote it as I saw it.

They were living New Rd, Brampton.

Sorry I couldn't find your Pashleys but maybe these will be of some use to you.

All the best Angela.
