barker and fewson barker

Hi all
Wondering if yoo could help me with finding the parents of rebecca fewson barker born around 1850/51??? I have her marrying james roe in 1872 in either hardingstone or sculcoats, then later marrying charles pickles in burnley lancashire in 1881. Think she had a child thomas e roe in 1874-born in hardingstone. Someone has told me her parent-father was named john who was born in america. Anothe rperson has said her father was edward salter barker and mother miriam and this is from the 1871 census of hardingstone. not sure which is correct. Can anyone help???
