Edward Jones - Carpenter

Hello everybody

Can somebody please do me a favour and see if they can find an Edward Jones living in Newtown Powys Montgomeryshire Wales.
Im not sure of his age but i know he was a Carpenter and he had a daughter named Elizabeth and she was born c1848.

Any help would be fantastic

The 1851 for Montgomeryshire only has 2 Elizabeth Jones in that age range with a father Edward.  One was a farmer and the other an agricultural labourer

Was Elizabeth b Powys or did she just marry there

Elizabeth is down as being born Newtown, Montgomeryshire on all census except one which states she was born Monmouthshire.
She married my 3xGrt Grandfather William Hodson in Chester in 1875.

I did a 2 yr search either side of 1848 and there was only one Elizabeth Jones with a father Edward who was either born or was living in Monmouth in 1851

There was only one entry - Elizabeth was b 1849 and Edward was a grocer

I guess i may never actually get anywhere with the Jones family as Edward may have had another occupation on the 1851 census.
