COMPLETED - Blanchland help please - BELL

Hello

Can anyone help please who has access to transcripts or registers for Blanchland?

Am trying to learn more about my 4x Great Grandparents Joseph BELL and Jane nee BECK who married at Blanchland on 20 May 1806.

Joseph died between 1841 and 1851 so only have a rough age (born circa 1775) and that he was a lead miner. Jane died between 1861 and 1871 and was born about 1784 in Blanchland.

Their children were all christened at Blanchland or Shotley (from the IGI):

John chr. 9 January 1807 Blanchland
Hannah chr. 27 November 1808 Blanchland
Elizabeth chr. 23 August 1812 Blanchland
Mary Ann (my ancestor)
Sarah
Jane
George

The records of interest are the marriage of Joseph and Jane and the christenings of the first three children as they are during the "Barrington Period" and hopefully there will be some additional information on the childrens' christenings that might help to identify their parents!

Have now had help privately and - for the record just in case anyone else is interested - now know that my 4x Gt Grandfather Joseph BELL was from Allendale and my 4x Gt Grandmother Jane nee BECK was from Blanchland and the daughter of George BECK!
