Then.....your great-grandmother, Hilda Kate, (Kate's mother, right?) came to Canada on the ship with George Edward and his wife (Lily) and their two small children.  :) I discovered this a few days ago as I was researching and saw the ship's name and then realized the five of them travelled together.

I will send you a p.m. -- if I can figure out how! LOL

Yes! That's perfect! I forgot-- Kate Chapell was actually born in Victoria BC to begin with, but then moved back to Kent after less then a year. And you're right, Hilda Kate -is- my great grandmother.
