yes that correct William henry in 1884 now all  I need to find the record of his children which hopefully show the link  to the tindall family and help/advice would be great

If you go to the 1911 census:

you will find William Herbert (child) and Edith Annie - you can search the indexes for free but have to pay to download the details. That would be a great start for your friend.
Edith seems to be alone from a search of the index.
