This is a little vague so apologies from the outset.
It seems that my ggrandmother was Susan Elizabeth EVANS b.abt 1890 and came from the Boat family Evans from Stone, STAFFS or thereabouts.
I've come up against a real block on this and even my 94 year old grandmother cannot throw much light upon it.
Any thoughts?
