Completed Look-up Hart Street Hartlepool

I have a name and address for an 1861 census entry BUT householder missing from census.

GIBSON family living at Hart Street, Hartlepool, Co. Durham.

I want to find out who was the householder at Hart Street and when the Gibsons started living there. They were gone by 1871.

Does anyone have access to PO Directories etc. listing householder?
Is it possible to do a lookup for me?

Historical Directories are available at http://www.historicaldirectories.org
The Post Office Directory of Northumberland & Durham, 1858 is on the site but there is no street index for Hartlepool. Street Indexes are usually only given for large towns.

I looked them up before I posted. Only selected editions available.
They do not give the dates/area I seek.
