I am try to find the father and mothers maiden of Henry Reed, born march quarter 1907 in Pontypool mon, any help would be appreciated

No one can look this up for you.

The only way to find out what is on the certificate is by purchasing a copy I'm afraid.

Since you're in the vicinity you might look for baptism records if you know which church to ask?

Alternatively, you can wait until the 1911 census is released for the Welsh counties - or if he is likely to be in England by then, try looking now!  You need to buy credits to see the results of the search but you can play with the search facility for free!
