I think that you are right in thinking that Jane may have died before 1831, I found the following entries which may relate to Jane.

16th October 1821 Mary Ann daughter of George and Jane Harrison of Bridlington, Butcher
Burials Bridlington Priory
10th February 1822 Jane Harrison of Bridlington aged 21 years
17th February 1822 Mary Ann Harrison daughter of George Harrison of Bridlington, Infant
I cannot find any further baptisms for any children whose parents were George and Jane Harrison.
Marriage Bridlington Priory
29th September 1832 Francis Hopper bachelor and Jane Hutchinson spinster, both of this parish by banns. Witnesses: Elizabeth Hutchinson, Rueben Millner.
