Hello

Is there any kind person out there who would be able to do a look-up in any local newspaper for an incident which happened in February 1959?

I can't post the information here for reasons of confidentiality but if anyone does have access then please PM me and I can provide the necessaries.

I have no idea whether there are archives of any local newspapers which are available to search, but it would be a great help.
