Hi I'm research the Kelly's  of annalough kildare,  i have copies of 1901 /1911 census,, I am interested in Peter kelly born 26th Aug 1907,   he left ireland at some point in his life  adult,,  and married in 1944 fulham london to a peggy Edwards and had 13 children.

how can I fill in the gaps as to where he lfeft from and arrieved in england  he was 36 when he married

Hello Sarah,

Peter probably sailed from Dublin or Dun Laoghaire to a British port. Unfortunately there have never been records of passengers sailing from Ireland to Britain so that is only an assumption. It's also possible that he could have sailed from one of the ports in the north of Ireland.
