Also Elizabeth Rosser of Llanmartin aged about 68 at the 1851 Census please.

Walter Rosser, 55, head
Elizabeth Rosser, 60, sister
George Williams, 7 (?), nephew

Hi Crowboy,

in the 1841 Census Elizabeth is together with Walter, both 50 and Samuel Williams, 20.

Walter and Samuel are Wood Corder. In the 1851 I could not read the occupation, but it
looks like Wood Cutter or Corder.

The response to my 1861 post (which is the information I was searching for) has provided additional information which sadly does not align to your 1851 and 1841 references;

1861 Census Bishton, Monmouthshire RG9/4013/4/4 shows
Elizabeth Rosser aged 73 born Llanmartin and her husband Henry aged 83 born St Brides.
