I'm trying to trace my gg grandparents marriage John Finnigan and Helen Reddington it states on one of their childrens birth cert that they were married on the 22/03/1862 in Ballina Co. Mayo.Where would i find the marriage records for this area.

the marriage is just before full civil registration started (1864) but if they were non-catholic you could check the civil index on familysearch, these marriage details started recording in 1845.

As far as i know they were R.Catholic. But i will give the above ago.
