restore and date - if possible

Hi ,

 I am wondering if anyone could freshen up this photo and date it if possible.
There is nothing on the back of the photo except glue marks as I think it might have been glued to a heavier cardstock.

The photo was taken in Ireland if that helps any.

Xinia - Thank you for your versions verly lovely . I believe if dates fit these might be 2 sisters Elizabeth and Margaret McGrath from Co. Laois , Ireland.

all the restores they have all done on this lovely picture are superb, they are such pretty girls it must be a pleasure to work on. but Hippy you have excelled yourself on this one. it is so clear.

it will be difficult to date them i think unless Jim or China know better, i bought blouses like this in the 70's.  so it is hard to know when these were made really.
