Hi nelwild

I can see James FAULKNER and wife Mary Ann, back to 1841, but no Catherine LEE in the households (do you know if Mary Ann was a spinster LEE when she married James?)
I keep coming back to the following and wonder if this is your Catherine. Faversham is halfway between Sittingbourne and Canterbury & 9 miles west of Canterbury....
1841: Rhode St - Chatham, KentHO107 / Piece 487 / Book: 4 / Folio: 22 / Pg 11

Catherine LEE 50 - Y
Maria LEE 20 - Y

Elizabeth BENNEY? (BONNY?) 70, Ind, _Y

Sep Qtr 1843 - James LEE

1851: Rhode St, Chatham, KentHO107 - Piece: 1611 / Folio: 198 / pg 29
Nurse: Catherine LEE 66, widow, Nurse, b Faversham kent
To family of George & Martha BINSTED and children (youngest is a week old)
Not far away in 1851:3 Rhode St, Chatham, Kent
HO107; Piece: 1611 / Folio: 156 / Page: 29
Head: Maria P LEE 32, unm, Dressmaker, b Chatham
Sister: Ann A LEE 25, unm, Dressmaker, b Chatham
Lodger: Mary E DULLINGHAM 35, marr, Shoe Binder, b Chatham
I think Maria P is actually:
Maria Rebecca LEE chr 4 Jul 1819, Chatham to James LEE and Catherine (IGI - extracted)
There is also, to same parents, an Eliza chr. 1817 and Ann Amelia ch 1826 - both in Chatham
Now, back to the 1841 - in the household, ELizabeth BENNEY (but could be BONNY
[Can someone else take a look at that and see what they think?]
DEATHS - Medway
Dec Qtr 1842 - Elizabeth BEANY
mar Qtr 1845 - Elizabeth BONNY
IGI: BIRTHCatherine BEANY - chr 8 Feb 1792 Chilham Kent - parents: John BEANY and Elizabeth (extracted)
Chilham is 6 miles from Canterbury
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ChilhamBut, then there is also a marriage:
Catherine BEANY - Sep 1820, Faversham to James SAUNDER (submitted)
Might be all red herrings, but I'm not finding much else

Cheers
