1891 wales census? COMPLETED

Hello, I have received birth cert for Harold Charles Parfitt  b1884, showing father Henry William Parfitt b1862,  but mother Florence Annette, nee Mansfield. This must be Henry's  first marriage.
I have tried to check census but not found a 1891 wales one to try and confirm these details. Is there one?
