help with 1891 census please completed thanks

I am looking for Sarah Jane chambers in 1891.
born abt 1854 Baston Lincs.

last known census was 1881 Nottingham as follows.

William  Chambers    H   28   Coachman    Bainton Lincolshire
Sarah           "           W  26                        Baston        "
William         "         son    5                        Old Radford Nottingham

Any help appreciated.

CHAMBERS    William Walter        Bourn    7a   565    
COOKE    Sarah Jane         Bourn    7a   565

That would explain the Caroline COOKE with them in 1881.
