Hello.

I believe Isabella was also known on docs as Isabella McLaimont McIlwraith (some give an extra 'L' in the latter surname).

Isabella McIlwraith md Robert Baillee in 1860 in Kilmarnock.  They soon emigrated to Australia, Queensland in particular.  We believe the surname simplified to 'Bailey' after their 2nd Aust. born child.

I am wondering if there is a record of her origins please.

Their marriage is recorded in Kilmarnock Ayrshire 1860 with the spelling of names as:
Robert Baillie and Isabella McIlwraith
