Census look up please
« on: Saturday 04 April 09 12:08 BST (UK) »
Hi

Not sure if I have right area or not.

I am searching for angus Chishom about 30 in 1861 census in skipton, his wife Catherine, cant seem to find either of them on the 1871, but I think I have found him on the 1881 census lodging without catherine, again in skipton.

Any information would be appreciated, thanks

Is this from the 1861 census?

More interested in the 1871 and 1881, think I have him 1881 but not catherine.

you specifically asked for the 1861 ....

1871 doesnt show them, altho there is an 'A. Chisholm' born c1826, Glagow, on a Vessel in the Thames Estuary.

RG10; Piece: 883; Folio: 37 - Dartford District; vessel -  'Goliath'

She was a Steam Dredger ....
