Anyone have any information on a John Hinksman Carmichael born 17 Apr 1859 in Anstruther, looking to find out if this chap ever got married in scotland or did he die in scotland.

Maggie Carmichael 32, b. England
James Carmichael 8 , b. Edinburgh

Monica thnak so much.

My father has always told me his father found a grave in burntisland fife with the name hinksman on it, of course i always said never that i couldnt find none that no one with hinksman in there name came from burnt island fife, i guess i will have to find if he died there as well. i better get on the phone to myh father and tell him he was right, thanks very much JIM

There is a death showing for a John Hinksman Carmichael in 1944 in Abbotshall (b. 1859)  ::)

Thats a great wee map thanks bet i find some of this family still alive to day wonderful, i remember getting took to Burntisland on day trips as a boy.
