I'm looking for the death of Sophia ELLIOTT, a married woman, most likely in Gestingthorpe, between 1851-1861. Thanks for any help,

On freebmds there is a death dec qtr 1857 , against it it shows "illegible" having then checked it on Ancestry.co.uk it looks like

You would have to take a look yourself if you intend to order a certificate, any mistakes ONS and will charge you and not issue with the cert, it might be a good idea to write to the relevant register office, explain the details and hope they can help you, the more info you have the better, this may not of course be the one you are after
