Some help reading occupation please

William Smart aged 21 living in 1901census as a boarder in the parish of St Mary with St Barnaby Portsmouth.

RG 13/pice997/folio94/page17

It's the 3rd line down i can't read -does it say 'Seaman' or something like that?

But there is a word in between which I can't make out?? Does it begin with a P or a  C?

I think that word is Pensioner, but isn't it the next line down that we're being asked about  :D

More thanks for helping with these words. Would he be both a 'Dockyard Labourer' and a seaman then?
I suppose i was assuming that 'seaman' meant sailor. It's me age you see, easily confused these days!!! poli ::)
