Does anyone have the cd for the above who could do a look up for me please.
The Burial of Florence May Alderman born 1901 Lincoln.I understand they are in Alphabetical order

If she was an Alderman of the City of Lincoln, then contacting Lincoln Council could well short circuit your search.

It is her surname that is Alderman
I do not think she married. I checked marriage record up to 1950 and found 3 possibilites.
 I sent for them one at a time with a reference check of her fathers name,and all are now back and none are her.
I checked for a death up to 1970 and did not find one that matched. It looks like i might have to re-check them in case i missed her.

As it happens, the burial index CD arrived in the post when I was typing my first reply!

It has no Florence May ALDERMAN.
