Are they the same woman? Please deblur if poss.

Can anyone 'sharpen' the older lady for me please?  It's a tiny photo, and I don't know how to increase the dpi  

I'm just trying to find out whether these two ladies are the same person, as although the later picture is rubbish, I know it was taken after 1920 as it has 'Velox' on the back.

If it is possible to see her features a little better, do you think it's the same woman?

I've looked at cazza's tutorial, but atill can't seem to find how to increase dpi on my scanner    It's an Hp scanner and scans come out as ACDSee for PENTAX.

I've increased the pixels, but now it's probably much too large!

I can be a bit of a challenge,but you need to increase the resoution(quality),increasing the pixels(in ACDsee) just makes it bigger.You'll find it in your scanner settings(control panel>scanners & cameras).Look for a box with DPI or PPI in it.It will probably be set at 75-150.Increase it to 600.When you open it with ACDsee at the bottom it will tell you how big it is in kb.if it's under 500 post it,if it's over resize it (pixels).Give it a new name,choose something unique as RC stores all filenames.
