There is a Mark BERRY who served WW1 (given date of birth 12 May 1877) living Beer's Yard, Chapel Hill, Dover WW1

Wife - Mary Ellen

Children
James Leonard 1905
Mark 1910
Ellen 1912
Isaac 1917

They could be the Mark BERRY and Mary E LEE who married 1915 Dover RD http://freebmd.rootsweb.com - a number of travellers got married before going off to war in WW1.

casalguidi, many thanks, ive had a quick look at this lee family, theyre big but dont seem all that traveller like at first glance, although quite a few basketmakers scattered about, including david on 1881,and quite a bit of lodging about.ill have a better look tomorrow, nel.
