B & W restoration

Hi Folks,

I wonder if anyone may be able to help with a 'rebuild' of a University Year book image from 1913.

B & W or seppia would probably be repesentative of the period.

The image is of one Judge James Patrick O'Connor - Rochester New York. His father John was from Co Down and his mother Wilhemina Stevens was of German / Swiss origins.

James was my great great uncle.

Best I can do with such a small picture.  It is only 96 dpi, and a higher dpi would be a lot better.

This image came to me in a .pdf scan I was just wondering if it would be possible to do any better from the original .pdf.

There are other people in the original so I'll have to see what I can do to edit them out.

I don't know what res. the original scan was done in.
