DATE and Restoration Please

Hi All,

I hoping for a restoration and date of the photo below. I hope I've sized the photo correctly but if not please let me know - thanks.

The man standing at the back is Herbert Jackson and the lady with a baby on her knee is Lily, Herbert's wife.

Herbert was born in 1891 and Lily in 1889. Herbert and Lily married in 1914.

I know of 7 children of Herbert and Lily and wonder if any of them are in the photo. The children I know of are;
Ella b. 1917
Joan b. 1922 - d. 1922
Marjorie b. 1924 - d. 1925
Georgina b. 1925
Herbert b. 1930
Brenda b. 1931 - d. 1931 (twin of Lily)
Lily b. 1931 (twin of Brenda)

I'd really value some help and advice with this photo. Many thanks for reading.

Wow Terry,

Thank you for the amazing clean-up - you've done a fabulous job. I don't know what it is about your edited versions of the photo but they seem so very real. Does that make sense? It's as if I can hear the person behind the camera saying, "Now all hold still please". I can imagine everyone starting to move post "click" of the camera. Kind of haunting but in a very cool way.

Hi Rowan Tree,

I'm glad you liked the restore I'll have a go at the other one but if I was you I would put it up as a seperate and new request. That way you will have a better chance of more restores
